Purpose: Used to optimize AI music generation services, improve platform experience, account management, technical notifications, data analysis, and security protection.
User Rights and Data Management Instructions
User-generated content such as songs, media, etc., may be publicly displayed in the 'Explore' channel unless you actively set it to private. You can manage visibility at any time in your account settings or request removal via email. We do not own your creations; we merely serve as a service provider, and you retain all rights.
Legal basis for data processing: We process your data based on the following GDPR requirements: 1. Your consent (e.g., accepting cookies); 2. Performance of a contract (to provide you with services); 3. Legal obligations (e.g., anti-fraud measures); 4. Legitimate interests (to improve services and maintain security). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and request data portability. However, no system can guarantee security 100%, so please use the platform at your own risk. Data is only retained for the purposes described in the policy or as required by law, and accounts may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity; you may also apply for account cancellation in advance.

We do not actively sell personal information. California users can contact support@bowong.ai to confirm data processing situations or request deletion. The platform services are not aimed at children under 13 years old; if we become aware of such information, it will be deleted immediately.
